Ingrow Museum of Rail Travel
Ingrow Museum of Rail Travel, based at the first station from Keighley on the Worth Valley Railway, is run by a volunteer body called the Vintage Carriages Trust, and exhibits some beautifully restored railway carriages that have been used in over 50 TV and film productions, such as ‘The Railway Children'!
Sit in the carriages and imagine what rail travel used to be like, or pretend that you are a film star! Sound and video presentations help to bring the past to life and there are numerous signs, posters and small exhibits. It is really interesting to see how the different vintage carriages have changed over time, and also to see which TV and film stars have actually used the carriages during filming!

TEMPLE NEWSAM
Come and explore one of the great country houses of England set within a Capability Brown landscape surrounded by beautiful parkland which includes a working rare breed’s farm.
Temple Newsam has so much to offer visitors. See a variety of rare breed animals, wander around the beautiful gardens, enjoy some leisure time and book the football pitches, or enjoy a round of golf, climb on the playground, and walk in the woods to discover the folly and explore the bridle paths.
Temple Newsam plays host to a variety of events throughout the year including races, open air theatre and festivals.

Bradford Industrial Museum
Moorside Mills was built around 1875 as a small worsted spinning Mill by John Moore. Ownership of the mills changed many times, and they developed and grew. In 1970, Bradford Council bought Moorside Mills from Messrs’ W & J Whitehead to create an innovative museum.
Bradford's Industrial Museum has permanent displays of textile machinery, steam power, engineering, printing machinery and motor vehicles, along with an exciting exhibitions programme. You can enjoy the splendour of Moorside House where the Mill Manager lived, or visit the Mill-workers' terraced houses dressed to reflect three different time periods.

Bolling Hall
Bolling Hall is one of the oldest buildings in Bradford, West Yorkshire, England. It is currently used as a museum and education centre.
Bolling Hall offers visitors a fascinating journey through the lives and times of the Bradford families for whom it provided a home over five hundred years.
Situated just a mile from Bradford city centre and situated in a quiet, leafy garden, Bolling Hall was for many years the seat of two important land-owning families, the Bollings and the Tempests.
With parts of the building dating from the Medieval, Bolling Hall is a rambling mixture of styles with every nook and cranny packed with history. During the Civil War the household supported the Royalist cause, and the house provided a stronghold during the 'siege of Bradford'.
Rooms are furnished and decorated to give an accurate taste of life at different periods of the house's history, and the fascinating furniture on display includes a superb bed made for Harewood House by Thomas Chippendale.
Spend some time exploring a different side of Bradford's heritage - but watch out for an appearance by the 'White Lady' in the Ghost Room!

Salts Mill is a former textile mill, now an art gallery, shopping centre, and restaurant complex in Saltaire, Bradford, West Yorkshire, England. It was built by Sir Titus Salt in 1853, and the present-day 1853 Gallery takes its name from the date of the building which houses it.
